How It Works
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
4-6 weeks for spring/summer, 3-4 months for fall. I book 10-12 sessions monthly to ensure quality attention for each family.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Flexible options available. All payments complete by session date.
Are tips expected?
Not at all. Tips are never expected or required. If you choose to leave one, 100% goes directly to Paws New England in memory of my girl, Bellatrix, who I rescued from them almost 10 years ago.
What if weather is bad?
Don’t worry—we’ll build in a rain date when booking. Additionally, weather cancellations don’t count against my rescheduling policy, so you’re fully protected.
Where do you serve?
I’m based in East Hampton, CT, and serve families throughout Middlesex, Hartford, and New London Counties. Additionally, there are no travel fees within 30 miles of East Hampton.
How many images will we receive?
Minimum 20+ fully edited, high-resolution images.
Can we include extended family or pets?
Absolutely! Just let me know during our discovery call so I can plan accordingly and ensure everyone feels included.
